I worked for them for 11 years at their corporate office, and insead of laying off workers, to avoid having to give severance packages, they changed the work flow to nearly impossible, making rules out of thin air that only applied to our group, placed workers into positions without ANY training, then firing the employees for making a simple mistake. before i was fired i counted at least 25 to 30 people that were fired for simple mistakes that were a part of the job.[endtext]
